SHIPPING POLICY
USPS Ground (3-7 business days) is our standard delivery service for domestic shipping unless specified otherwise. We also offer Priority Flat rate (1-3 business days) as an option.
We do not currently ship to customers in Canada or P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address at checkout, we will have to cancel your order.
WEATHER DELAYS- Please advise we are not responsible for deliveries impacted by the weather.
A residential or business address is required for delivery. All orders ship from our distribution center in Nicholasville, KY via USPS Ground and Priority, Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed and a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way to you.
Once a package has left our fulfillment center, Olive & Oils cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. If your product has been damaged in transit please take photos of the damage, BOX AND PRODUCT, hold on to the damaged box for possible inspection by the carrier, and reach out to us so we can replace your item(s) and begin a claim- hello@oliveandoils.com.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
When Applicable- Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other offer unless specified and is only valid in the U.S. lower 48 states and is available online only at www.oliveandoils.com. Our current processing time is 1-3 business days on ALL orders, this DOES NOT include shipping times. Free Shipping is valid on standard shipping only. Candle subtotal must equal the Free Shipping promotion. Not valid on previous purchases.

Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
