Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
All our candles are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. However, we offer a 7 day return & exchange policy on all unused candles, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange for an item of equal value within 7 days of the date you received your order.

The exchange and return process requires proof of purchase (e.g. your Olive & Oils order number, order confirmation email and or store receipt)
- Returns must be made within 7 days of shipment received.
- Items purchased must be unused to qualify for a return/exchange.
- Return/Exchange shipping will be done for a flat fee of $10 which includes shipping & handling for the return item(s) and exchange item(s).We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
- Glass Jar Candles- Please note “wet spots” may occur. These spots are caused by shrinkage and air bubbles that occur as the wax is cooling inside the container. Part of the wax can slightly pull away from the glassware giving it this particular look. It in no way affects the burn-ability of the candle – this does not qualify for a return or exchange.
- Returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if your return does not meet these requirements.
- Please allow 7–10 business days upon receipt to process the transaction- refunds will be returned to the original form of payment minus shipping fees.
- All sales are final on sale items and discontinued products.
